1. Quotation Validity
All quotations are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change after this period without prior notice.
2. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are:
- 50% advance payment upon confirmation of order
- 50% upon completion or prior to delivery
Alternative terms may apply as per contract or client agreement.
3. Delivery
Delivery timelines are based on project scope and will be confirmed upon order. Burj Al Yarmouk Industries LLC is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., material shortages, transport issues, or force majeure).
4. Warranty
All products carry a standard warranty of 12 months from the date of delivery or commissioning (whichever is earlier), covering manufacturing defects. Warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or third-party modifications.
5. Design & Drawings
All technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications remain the intellectual property of Burj Al Yarmouk unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sharing or reproduction without permission is prohibited.
6. Inspection & Acceptance
Clients may inspect the goods at our facility prior to dispatch. Once delivered and accepted at site, any claims must be reported within 7 working days.
7. Returns & Cancellations
Custom-fabricated products are non-returnable. Cancellation after order confirmation may incur charges based on the work completed at the time of cancellation.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited strictly to the repair or replacement of defective items supplied by us. Burj Al Yarmouk is not responsible for consequential damages or loss of operations.
9. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates.
