We are pleased to share the packaging of Volvo Penta 680kVA Genset in Modified 20Ft. ISO Container with 1200Ltr Base Fuel tank designed for 85dBA @ 3 m & Coupling of Volvo Penta Engine & Nidec LS alternator on common base frame.
Key Features
Acoustic Insulation:
Internal walls lined with 50 mm thick rock wool (48 kg/m³ density), covered with black glass tissue and 0.7 mm perforated GI sheets to ensure effective noise attenuation.
Lifting Point:
- Offshore 4- Point lifting Pad eye.
Container Roof:
- GRP Lining on container roof for water proofing the cut-outs.
Fuel System:
- 1200L capacity base day fuel tank.
- Mechanical fuel gauge , Manual fuel fill connection with camlock coupling.
Ventilation & Airflow:
- Air inlet shall be with Attenuated single blade Louvers.
- Air Intake filters at air suction end to protect genset from sand intrusion. (Pleated Filters)
- Air discharge shall be with Attenuated single blade Louvers.
Exhaust System:
- 1 No’s of MS residential-type mufflers mounted on the roof.
Electrical & Lighting:
- Internal lighting with 3 x 2x36W fluorescent fittings.
- Industrial socket (16A, 3-pin), metal DB box, 2-way gang switches, emergency push buttons, and rubber curtains for cable entry
